To download a file please follow these instructions:

select and double click on the relevant file

when prompted select where you would like to save it on your computer (I would suggest C:\ My Documents
folder)

when the download has finished find the file on your computer

double click on the file (something.exe) and it will put the pages on your computer -
(C:\My documents\sgi_eurostudy
folder)

if you have downloaded the html version find the file called 'chapterxidx.htm' and double click to open it in your browser (don't forget to bookmark the page)

If you wish to print the document use the "print " command from the menu
